Shortly following world war 2 the victorious allied nations preserved some of the brightest minds from the NAZI war machine under the project paperclip operation. In this operation a few scientists were transported to the United States, and allegedly many more, as many as 1600 scientists were moved to the United States, among them the famed rocket scientist Werner Von Braun.

Some of their research included the idea of remote mind control.

While the “Mind-Control” race was a global effort, Project Monarch, and the MK Ultra program were notoriously exposed as our efforts in this area.

This interview was decades before the world learned the name Epstein.

Paul Bonacci, a survivor of the top-secret government mind control program Project Monarch, was questioned under oath in 1990 by the Nebraska Attorney General during the Franklin Investigation. He described a government-run grooming pipeline for children. Children turned into assets, lives engineered for blackmail and control, elite compromise networks.

This system created multiple personalities in children to use as puppets and spies. They were controlled by triggers, codes, and psychological programming.

He was later awarded damages of $1 million and his claims were substantiated by a federal judge. But the conspiracy continued. And we didn’t listen.

Epstein is just the tip of the iceberg.
