The Satanic Origins of Marxism

In a poem, Karl Marx wrote, “I wish to avenge myself from the One who rules above.”

Generations of leaders who have applied the writings of Karl Marx have opposed the advance of the gospel in Communist countries like China, Vietnam, Laos and Cuba, as well as in North Korea, the African country of Eritrea and in the “red zones” of Colombia.

Richard Wurmbrand, VOM’s founder, was familiar with the atheistic nature of communism and Karl Marx’s intent to oppose God and his followers. Richard was imprisoned for his witness in Communist Romania and wrote Karl Marx and the Satanic Roots of Communism to inform and warn readers. In this book, Wurmbrand stated:

“Let us remember that Marx’s ideal was to descend into the abyss of hell and draw all mankind in after him. Let us not follow him on this vicious path but rather follow Jesus Christ who leads us upward to peaks of light, wisdom, and love, toward a heaven of unspeakable glory.”
