Should we give back land taken from indigenous peoples by colonial conquerors?

If so, how fare back should we go? Meaning should we give back the land the United States stole from the Sioux, who possessed the Black Hills of South Dakota. But the Sioux stole the land from the Cheyenne, who stole it from the Comanche, and the Arapaho who possessed it before them?
