• PPO: Choose from nearly 1 Million providers in the PHCS network to benefit from the significant discounts they offer members. You may choose a provider outside the network without the discount.
• Telehealth and Telemental Health: You have access to 24/7/365 no cost, on-demand phone or video appointments with board-certified doctors for common, non-emergency health problems like colds, flu, rashes or fevers as well as access to mental health counselors.
• DVT (Dental, Vision & More): Experience incredible savings on dental, vision and hearing services – even Lasik surgery! Learn more here. 
• Prescription discounts:  Available via Navitus, one of the nation’s premiere prescription discount programs, with your Medi-Share card! The Navitus prescription discount search tool will be in your member portal once you sign up. • Health Incentive Discount: You can receive a Health Incentive Discount on your Monthly Shares by meeting certain health requirements and taking the Healthy Lifestyle Assessment (not available to Health Partners).
• Refer-A-Friend: Earn $100 for referring others to join, even if you are not a member.
