Don’t we revolve around the sun in 365 days?

Q: If this is truly what the sun looks like from different days, how are the same black spots showing up in the same places regardless of time of year? 

Shouldn’t we be orbiting the sun?

Meaning the dots would appear in different places as we travel around the sun?
